The Lust List

What you need now…

You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy things to distract you from what makes you unhappy. Here are a few of the things I’m loving lately…

—Lindzi Scharf

Louis Vuitton

The French luxury label’s Pochette Coussin has a removable chain, which allows the bag to be worn over-the-shoulder; as a belt bag; or clutch. Moral of the story? Belt it. Bag it. Buy it.

Chanel

A girl can never have too much Chanel —be it beauty products or bags. Our favorite new shades include the French luxury label’s spring/summer 2021 limited-edition Leurs de Printemps Blush and Highlighter duo ($70) for a sun-kissed look. The Le Volume de Chanel mascara ($32) in metal terracotta’s metallic rosy and coppery brown shade adds a special pop of color. We also adore the Stylo Ombre et Contour eyeshadow/liner - khol in Burgundy Perle, a metallic copper, ($34), Le Vernis nail polish in Metallic Bloom ($28), and Rouge Coco Bloom hydrating pumping intense shine lip colour in Burst ($40).

Available on chanel.com.

Alexander McQueen

The British fashion label’s studded lens cat-eye sunglasses will add a bit of edge to any outfit thanks to its silver metal detail.

Rails

L.A. label Rails’s breezy Amaya - Cascade tie dye dress is the perfect post-pandemic look. It’s as cozy as loungewear, but chic enough to make a sartorial impact.

Misha Nonoo x Vitamin A

L.A. swimwear brand Vitamin A collaborated with New York designer Misha Nonoo on a stylish summer capsule that includes the Dune Short in navy. Adorable when paired with a tank top, swimsuit, or Nonoo’s signature Husband button-down.

Fox and Bond

Camp Beverly Hills

The beloved eighties sportswear brand is back with a limited-edition capsule collection for Fred Segal. The line includes nostalgia-evoking t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, socks, hats, totes, and towels with a price range of $22-$295. Fred Segal’s Sunset Boulevard store in Los Angeles is also currently hosting a pop-up activation that pays tribute to the original Camp Beverly Hills boutique in celebration of the collaboration.

The collection’s Sunset Dad Hat is available for $45 at fredsegal.com.

Eddie Bauer x Baja East

L.A. cult label Baja East teamed up with Eddie Bauer for a limited-edition capsule collection, which includes this dark sable Sherpa Pullover. Perfect for cold summer nights spent camping. (I’ll admit: I’m not much of a camper, but this pullover might make me reconsider.)
